A bank began history of the development as Closed Joint-stock Company “Bank Uzovskij”, being registered by the National bank of Ukraine on 9 of November 1993.

In February, 1998 a bank was transferred to Kiev and renamed to Joint stock bank “National investments ”.

In December 2001 the first Operational unit of bank was registered. It is located on Dmitriivska Str.,15- 17, Kiev.

A bank is universal bank establishment, that provide full complex of banking services to the customers .

The National bank of Ukraine gives to bank a license № 78 from December , 14 , 2001 on providing banking operations.

A State commission on securities and stock market gives a license №113291, the АB series of November , 20 , 2004 on realization of activity in the sphere of emission and circulation of securities and conduction of own register securities holders.
In 1998 the bank joined the international information and trade system REUTERS. In March , 2003 a bank became a full-fledged member and participant of the system of the SWIFT payments .

The Bank is the member of financial and public associations, in particular:

• Ukraine Interbanks Stock Exchange;
• Kiev International Stock Exchange;
• Associations of the Ukrainian banks;
• Kiev banking union.

The JSB “National investments” is the participant of Retail Deposit Guaranty Fund (certificate № 107 of September , 2 , 1999 ).
The independent auditor of the Bank is Auditing firm "Igk Ukraine Audit".
The regulatory capital of bank makes - 33 million UAH, chartered capital - 16 million UAH.
Structure of the shareholders equity: legal entities - 83,95%, natural persons - 16,05%.
